How do i make my 2001 Chevy Caviler faster?
Hi I have one shares criticasters 2001 Chevy 5-speed manual transmission. The engine has 115K miles on it. I really want to get the car faster. My goal is, they rode out of the quarter-mile strip down by me "Milan Drag Way. But I do not want to be on this until my car to do it faster. What must I do to do this? I've heard, cold air intake and get a crate engine and make it as you wish. But what do I do?

Get a new car dude, a Cavalier!! you can’t be serious
Um, buy a real car and put a Cavilier sticker on the side of it?
Crate engines cannot fit in a Cavalier.
An engine with that much mileage will not be able to take the racing. It will die.
Cold Air Intake, Turbo kits, Exhaust systems all add power and speed, but not that much with a Cavalier.
American cars are not realy meant for tuning.
if it didn’t have so many miles on it maybe a supercharger turbo with intercooler some exoust work its light so it would be pretty quick with stuff like that.
